DA·LUM LAB is a men’s hair-care line: a down perm, a serum and a shampoo bar. It starts from an old habit. Joseon men tucked the hair by their ears under their headbands with a small horn tool, the saljjeokmiri; young men today press the same hair flat with a down perm. The name is 다름, Korean for “different”: different times, the same side hair.
The symbol stacks ㄷ and ㄹ over the same pair turned 180°, drawn like a tiled-roof house with its corners lifting like eaves; the wordmark runs one line through its two A’s. The identity, packaging and website all follow one line: different, but the same grain.
